Raheny, Dublin

We are currently working on a project in Raheny, Dublin. This job entails the construction of a second floor extension making a three storey house of the existing flat roofed two storey house. The roof and gable ends will be clad in Zinc with extensive glazing to the front.

Building Energy Ratings

From the 1st of January 2009, all residential properties for sale or for rent will require a Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate.

The BER is simply a check to see how good your house is at using energy over a given year.
